"People living at Whitmore Park Apartments are friendly and respectful.  Rent is affordable and, in our opinion, presents a excellent cost-benefit. To live in a place where the manager is friendly and easy going makes a difference, especially when we are moving from a different country, with different language, culture, etc. Phay was always very helpful and careful in this matter, always smiling. It is close to UQ (10 minutes cycling). Toowong Village Shopping is easy to get to the City (no more than 15 minutes by train or bus). Taringa is a lovely place to live, where we can have a quiet (we can hear birds), clean, green and friendly environment not far from the City."

"The location I can give 10 out of 10 with easy access to the public transport, malls and parks. The manager and other residents respect each other and so friendly. The unit is also quite spaceful with affordable rent and the most important is it is fully furnished. Phay always there at the apartment even during the weekend. She is so concern about the facilities, safety and conveniences of the residents. Whitmore is in a very strategic location. Very near to the bus stop which can access to any north/south suburbs. Walking distance to the mall/shops, 15min public transport to the city and UQ. And 50m away to the parks, Perrin Park and Oakman Park."

"I like that the apartment is well maintained, and that it is kept secure. Any problem that arises, it can be easily reported to the manager and get fixed as soon as possible. I love that Phay is very patient and understanding when I was still considering which accommodation to choose, she checks up but is not forceful. She also gets things done fast (without much delay). I like that it is very close to bus stations, and that I can walk to my university. The thought of an apartment at the end of a street is also quite nice."
